You may read, share and reference this site freely. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or reuse our copy or branding as your own.
Content accuracy
We keep this site current, but the content is general information rather than advice for your specific situation. Figures shown for past work describe those engagements and are not a prediction of results elsewhere.
Engagements
Work is delivered under a written statement of work covering scope, timeline, price and acceptance. Nothing on this site — including any figure, timeline or capability — forms part of that agreement unless it is written into it.
Intellectual property
You own what we build for you. On full payment, all deliverables produced specifically for your engagement transfer to you, together with documentation. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools and methods, and grant you a licence to use them as embedded in your deliverables.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability under an engagement is set in that engagement's agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
