This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or work with us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run the site.
- Contact details you send us — name, email address, phone number and company, when you submit a form.
- The content of your message, including anything you choose to tell us about your business or requirements.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and user agent, used to keep the site available and secure.
- Usage data collected by Google Analytics: the pages you view, how you arrived, approximate location, device and browser type, and actions such as sending a form. Our Cookie Policy explains how this works and how to opt out.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to deliver work you have engaged us for, and to keep the site running and secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to work we have delivered are kept for as long as we are contractually or legally required to keep them, then deleted.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to operate the business: hosting, email, Google Analytics (which measures how the site is used) and, where you have contacted us, our CRM. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.
Access to your accounts during an engagement
When we work on your Google Business Profile, website, business listings, social media or automations, we ask only for the access each task needs, and manager or collaborator access rather than ownership wherever the platform allows it. You remain the owner of your accounts and can remove our access at any time. We remove it ourselves when the work ends, unless you ask us to keep it for ongoing support.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it, where we have no legal reason to keep it.
- Stop using it for a particular purpose.
